The location is perfect and good, not far from the restaurant, Colchester and Ipswich, and the church and graveyard - couldn't be better. Besides, St Andrews Parish Church is 10 minutes' drive away. As for me the food is great, and they have lots of meals.

Highly recommended for party. Everything was good, accommodating staff made our stay great. The location was stunning and marvellous, close enough to Colchester and Ipswich as well as the beaches. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to St Andrews Parish Church. The breakfast was excellent with granola and freshly made American style pancakes and options for granola made in house and the atmosphere was friendly.
